Why would I say so if you're directed from the video? - As i mentioned in the video that I'll be writing the steps on how to book your appointment and to be honest it's really easy!
1. Download their app - HairColorExpert
Well, duh. You need their app to get started right? And it's free. This is how it looks like with their cute sotong logo and this is honestly the first time I'm seeing a saloon that has an app to book your appointment which makes everything super hassle-free! Oh and make sure you have internet access or you won't be able to use the app!
2. Read Their Instructions
Once you're in the app, you'll be notified with their instructions, terms and conditions before you proceed to booking the appointment/ exploring the app itself.
3. Find out your location
Once you're in the app and after reading the terms and conditions, first you'll need to see which branch is convenient for you to visit. Currently, they have two stores in KL which you'll be able to search from their location at 'Contact HCE' and find out their contact numbers as well just in case you're confused.
4. Book your appointment!
You'll see the icons leading to different sections and the 'Appointment' is orange in colour hence you will definitely see it. ;)
Once you're in, you'll be able to see history of your appointments. If you don't, you'll see the 'Services' section where you can make your appointment based on the location you decided on.
After that, you'll be directed to the next page, which is to choose their services, date and available time. The instructions are very clear after this steps hence just choose away.
Then you'll be directed to Confirm Your Appointment, which they'll send you a code right after that through your Whatsapp, type in the code and tada your appointment is made!
5. Confirm your booking
For instance your appointment is on 15th June 2018 and make sure you log in to app to confirm your schedule the day before which is on the 14th June 2018. Fret not as they'll also text you a reminder to confirm your booking.
How would I rate this?
I've never seen such detailed and convenient booking system before to be honest. I was very taken aback with the fact that they have a system on for hair appointments, and thank goodness the app was very easy to access with no lags etc.
Once again, I would like to thank Hair Color Expert Malaysia for the amazing experience. I had my fun dyeing hair and also feeling pampered ; my hair definitely needed that!
